Hand combats are techniques used by a Wide Receiver in a release movement using their hands and arms as weapons to prevent or block a defender's hands/arms touching the Wide Receiver's body in a combative way.

Wipers technique is a hand combative technique that is used to knock a defender's arms off the receiver's body in a downward movement with both hands/arms.
