Do your drills rep enough in a week for a QB to become GREAT at the technique of these drills?  Do your drills represent game-like situations?

Kyle Richardson, Passing Game Coordinator at Clemson shares some of his best game-like drills that match the Clemson offensive scheme.

This video is an excerpt from his Glazier Drive QB Development 101 System.  The drills come from Part 4, QB Drills

Coach Richardson's Drill Philosophy

Practice specific drills that directly reflect what we do schematically as an offense.  These drills should also be position specific to replicate what that position does in a game.  We will use a handful of drills yearly that a QB can "Kick 10,000" times to become GREAT.  This developed drill GREATNESS will become second nature (like blinking) for our QBs which will lead to increased success on gamedays.

Simple.  Efficient..  10,000 Kicks

The 10,000 kicks reference is attributed to the quote from Bruce Lee.

"I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.
