Coach Richardson's Drill Philosophy
Practice specific drills that directly reflect what we do schematically as an offense. These drills should also be position specific to replicate what that position does in a game. We will use a handful of drills yearly that a QB can "Kick 10,000" times to become GREAT. This developed drill GREATNESS will become second nature (like blinking) for our QBs which will lead to increased success on gamedays.
