You can use power runs to get the opponent to the point where they are selling out to stop your run plays and open up your passing game.
He likes the term "Run action passes" instead of play action passes because you want to sell the run.
These are not RPOs. They are plays designed to make the defense think you are running a power play to gain an advantage in the passing game.
The lineman the rules are almost the same as power.
