Defensive Coverage Drill

The Defensive Coverage drill is a simple yet effective way to train your DB's.

This drill will utilize one defensive back and one dummy simulating a wide receiver.

Starting from the line of scrimmage, the the dummy (receiver) will run a fade, with the defensive back in a trail coverage technique.

The defensive back should use his hips to adjust and run with the dummy while still watching the QB and ball.
