Running Back Loop the Loop Tire Drill

Running Back Loop the Loop Tire Drill

Illustration of RUNNING BACK LOOP THE LOOP TIRE DRILL

Ball carrier sprints to the next tire, places his hand nearest the tire inside and does a 360-degree circle then comes up and runs at the next tire repeating the same technique.

Ball carrier should always keep the ball tucked underneath the armpit furthest from the tire. Keep hips underneath the ball carrier with feet hugging the tire. Don't let the feet drift out as this can cause the ball carrier to slip.
