The One Foot Drill is your basic warm-up to all other rope drills. Athletes should keep their eyes up and learn to run without looking down at the ropes.

The rope drills can be substituted for tire drills. With any rope or tire drill run your players through at a speed that maintains their ability to lift their feet without tripping.
