Gittleson Shrug and Shoulder Complex

The Gittleson Shrug and Shoulder Complex involves inhibiting one side while training the other.

To accomplish this, the athlete will sit on a bench and use one hand to grab the seat of the bench while using the other arm to do 10 shrugs. Then, still training the same side, do 10 reps of an overhead press. Once complete, switch sides.
