Defensive Line Punch and Shoulder Club

Technique whereby the defensive lineman will punch the offside shoulder of the blocker, then club the onside shoulder of the blocker in an attempt to get blocker off balance.

Coaching point - The punch must occur on the 1st step.

Use this technique when you want to stop an offensive blocker and then work a side.
