Find Kickoff Coverage Playmakers with the 21 Man Drill - Will Glover

The 21 Man Drill will help you find your playmakers for your kickoff coverage team.  The premise of the drill is to keep all the other players inside of you. Trim the fat and go make the play. 

Will Glover is currently an assistant coach at Alabama State.  When he filmed this clinic, he was at Georgia Tech.

The 21 Man Drill is a part of the entire Special Teams Punt & KO Circuit Clinic that he presented.

Everything they do with identifying movement, identifying players who can strike, and guys who can bend are all found during these special teams circuits.

There are different positions for each drill in the circuit.  Everybody rotates.  That gives the coaching staff an opportunity to see the defensive linemen, the linebackers, the corners, wide receivers etc...

Everyone goes through each station to identify who does what well to be able to set the depth chart.
