COMPETITIVE TEAM DRILLS

  • Anything we do with a winner and loser.
  • Winners get rewarded with no consequences.
  • We score every practice, after EDD's/Indy/Group.
  • Scorekeeper can be a manager or injured player.
  • Three types of scoring used:

    • Full scoring
    • Execution Scoring
    • Assistant coach estimating
  • Announce score after each drill.
  • Announce after each rep in redzone, 4-min/2-min
  • One pushup per point for losing side.
  • Two days in a row, double-pushups.
  • Winning team posted on social media.
